யார் யாருக்கு அனுப்பினான் என்றால், பெத்தேலில் இருக்கிறவர்களுக்கும், தெற்கான ராமோத்தில் இருக்கிறவர்களுக்கும், யாத்தீரில் இருக்கிறவர்களுக்கும்,

To them which were in Beth-el, and to them which were in south Ramoth, and to them which were in Jattir,
