1 Samuel 25:29

Och trots att människor står upp och jagar dig och söker din själ (vill döda dig), ska min herres själ likväl vara bunden i livets knyte (knippe, bunt) med Herren din Gud (Jahveh Elohim), och dina fienders själar ska han slunga bort som man slungar (en sten) med slungan (slangbellan).

Yet a man is risen to pursue thee, and to seek thy soul: but the soul of my lord shall be bound in the bundle of life with the LORD thy God; and the souls of thine enemies, them shall he sling out, as out of the middle of a sling.
