​ดาว​ิดจึงกล่าวกับโยนาธานว่า “​ดู​​เถิด​ ​พรุ่งนี้​เป็​นว​ันขึ้นค่ำ ข้าพเจ้าไม่ควรขาดที่จะนั่งร่วมโต๊ะเสวยกับกษั​ตริ​ย์ ​แต่​ขอโปรดให้ข้าพเจ้าไปซ่อนตัวอยู่​ที่​ในทุ่งนาจนถึงเย็​นว​ั​นที​่​สาม​
