சிறுவன் போனபின்பு, தாவீது தென்புறமான இடத்திலிருந்து எழுந்து வந்து, தரையிலே முகங்குப்புற விழுந்து, மூன்று முறை வணங்கினான்; அவர்கள் ஒருவரை ஒருவர் முத்தம்செய்து அழுதார்கள்; தாவீது மிகவும் அழுதான்.

¶ And as soon as the lad was gone, David arose out of a place toward the south, and fell on his face to the ground, and bowed himself three times: and they kissed one another, and wept one with another, until David exceeded.
