तब पलिश्ती ने दाऊद से कहा, “क्या मैं कुत्ता हूँ, कि तू लाठी लेकर मेरे पास आता है?” तब पलिश्ती अपने देवताओं के नाम लेकर दाऊद को कोसने लगा।

And the Philistine said unto David, Am I a dog, that thou comest to me with staves? And the Philistine cursed David by his gods.
