Ma il Signore disse a Samuele: Non riguardare al suo aspetto, nè all'altezza della sua statura; perciocchè io l'ho lasciato indietro; conciossiachè il Signore non riguardi a ciò a che l'uomo riguarda; perchè l'uomo riguarda a ciò che è davanti agli occhi, ma il Signore riguarda al cuore.
