ઈશ્વરનાં કહ્યા પ્રમાણે શમુએલ બેથલેહેમ ગયો. નગરના વડીલો જયારે તેને મળવા આવ્યા ત્યારે તેઓએ ધ્રૂજતાં ધ્રૂજતાં કહ્યું, “શું તું સલાહશાંતિપૂર્વક આવ્યો છે?”
