1 શમુએલ 16:2

શમુએલે કહ્યું, “મારાથી કેવી રીતે જવાય? જો શાઉલ જાણી જાય તો તે મને મારી નાખશે.” ઈશ્વરે કહ્યું, “તારી સાથે એક વાછરડી લે અને કહે કે, હું ઈશ્વરના માટે બલિદાન કરવા સારુ આવ્યો છું.’

And Samuel said, How can I go? if Saul hear it, he will kill me. And the LORD said, Take an heifer with thee, and say, I am come to sacrifice to the LORD.
