1 Samuel 15:22

Sumagot si Samuel, “Mas nagagalak ba si Yahweh sa mga handog na susunugin at mga alay, kaysa sa pagsunod sa boses ni Yahweh? Ang pagsunod ay maigi kaysa sa alay, at ang pakikinig ay maigi kaysa sa taba ng mga lalaking tupa.

And Samuel said, Hath the LORD as great delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices, as in obeying the voice of the LORD? Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, and to hearken than the fat of rams.
