Toen zeide Saul tot Samuël: Ik heb wel naar de Here geluisterd en ben de weg gegaan, waarop de Here mij zond en ik heb Agag, de koning van Amalek, meegebracht, maar Amalek zelf heb ik met de ban geslagen.
