“నేను నా శత్రువులపై పగ సాధించే వరకూ, సాయంత్రమయ్యే దాకా భోజనం చేసేవాడు శాపానికి గురి అవుతారు” అని సౌలు ప్రజల చేత ఒట్టు పెట్టించాడు. అందుకని ప్రజలు ఏమీ తినకుండా ఉన్నారు.
