ત્યાર પછી નાહાશ આમ્મોની ગયો અને યાબેશ ગિલ્યાદને ઘેરી લીધું. યાબેશના સર્વ માણસોએ નાહાશને કહ્યું, “તું અમારી સાથે સુલેહ કર અને અમે તારી તાબેદારી સ્વીકારીશું.”
