તેણે ઇઝરાયલ લોકોને કહ્યું, “ઇઝરાયલના પ્રભુ, ઈશ્વર આમ કહે છે: ‘હું મિસરમાંથી ઇઝરાયલને કાઢી લાવ્યો, મિસરીઓના હાથમાંથી તથા તમારા પર જુલમ કરનારા સર્વ રાજ્યોના હાથમાંથી મેં તમને છોડાવ્યાં.’”
