ఇశ్రాయేలీయులు వారిని పూర్తిగా నశింపజేయలేక పోయారు. మిగిలి ఉన్న ఆ జాతుల ప్రజలను సొలొమోను బానిసలుగా నియమించాడు. ఈ రోజు వరకూ వారు అలాగే ఉన్నారు.
