1 இராஜாக்கள் 9:3

யெகோவா அவனை நோக்கி: நீ என்னுடைய சமுகத்தில் செய்த உன்னுடைய விண்ணப்பத்தையும் வேண்டுதலையும் கேட்டேன்; நீ கட்டின இந்த ஆலயத்தில் என்னுடைய நாமம் என்றைக்கும் வெளிப்படும்படி, அதைப் பரிசுத்தமாக்கினேன்; என்னுடைய கண்களும், இருதயமும் எப்பொழுதும் அங்கே இருக்கும்.

And the LORD said unto him, I have heard thy prayer and thy supplication, that thou hast made before me: I have hallowed this house, which thou hast built, to put my name there for ever; and mine eyes and mine heart shall be there perpetually.
