அந்தக்காலத்திலேயே சாலொமோனும், ஆமாத் பட்டணத்தின் எல்லைதுவங்கி எகிப்தின் நதிவரை இருந்து, அவனோடு இருந்த பெரிய கூட்டமாகிய இஸ்ரவேல் மக்கள் அனைவரும் நம்முடைய தேவனாகிய யெகோவாவுடைய சந்நிதியில் ஏழுநாட்களும், அதற்குப் பின்பு வேறே ஏழுநாட்களுமாக பதினான்கு நாட்கள்வரை பண்டிகையை கொண்டாடினார்கள்.
