”Välsignad är Herren (Jahveh) som har gett vila (betyder även ro och tröst – hebr. menocha) till sitt folk Israel i enlighet med alla sina ord (löften), inte ett enda ord som han talat har misslyckats (inget löfte har uteblivit, alla ord har blivit som de talats), som han talade genom sin tjänare Moses hand.
