ઇઝરાયલી લોકો મિસરમાંથી બહાર આવ્યા તે વખતે ઈશ્વરે તેઓની સાથે કરાર કર્યો ત્યારે હોરેબમાં મૂસાએ જે બે શિલાપાટીઓ કરારકોશમાં મૂકી હતી તે સિવાય તેમાં બીજું કંઈ જ નહોતું.
