సరస్సు మందం బెత్తెడు. దాని పై అంచుకు పాత్రకు పై అంచులాగా తామర పూవుల్లాంటి పోత పని ఉంది. అందులో సుమారు 2,000 తొట్టెలు నీరు పడుతుంది.
