தான் இருந்து நியாயம் தீர்ப்பதற்கு நியாயாசனம் போடப்பட்டிருக்கும் ஒரு நியாய விசாரணை மண்டபத்தையும் கட்டி, அதின் ஒரு பக்கம் துவங்கி மறுபக்கம்வரை கேதுரு பலகைகளால் தரையை மூடினான்.
