وَأَرْبَعُونَ ذِرَاعًا كَانَتِ ٱلْبَيْتَ، أَيِ ٱلْهَيْكَلَ ٱلَّذِي أَمَامَهُ.
And the house, that is, the temple before it, was forty cubits long.
