તેથી જેમ ઈશ્વરે મારા પિતા દાઉદને કહ્યું હતું, ‘તારા જે દીકરાને હું તારે સ્થાને તારા રાજ્યાસન પર બેસાડીશ તે મારા નામને અર્થે ભક્તિસ્થાન બાંધશે.’ તે પ્રમાણે હું મારા ઈશ્વર યહોવાહના નામને અર્થે ભક્તિસ્થાન બાંધવાનો ઇરાદો રાખું છું.

And, behold, I purpose to build an house unto the name of the LORD my God, as the LORD spake unto David my father, saying, Thy son, whom I will set upon thy throne in thy room, he shall build an house unto my name.
