เพราะพระองค์ทรงครอบครองเหนือท้องถิ่นทั้งสิ้นฟากแม่น้ำข้างนี้ตั้งแต่ทิฟสาห์ถึงกาซา และทรงครอบครองเหนือบรรดากษัตริย์ที่อยู่ฟากแม่น้ำข้างนี้ และพระองค์ทรงมีสันติภาพอยู่ทุกด้านรอบพระองค์
