நதிக்கு இந்த பக்கத்தில் இருக்கிற திப்சாமுதற்கொண்டு காசாவரை உள்ளவைகள் எல்லாவற்றையும், நதிக்கு இந்தப்பக்கத்திலுள்ள சகல ராஜாக்களையும் ஆண்டுவந்தான்; அவனைச் சுற்றி எங்கும் சமாதானமாக இருந்தது.
