I RE 4:24

Perciocchè egli signoreggiava in tutto il paese di qua del Fiume, da Tifsa fino in Gaza, sopra tutti i re ch'erano di qua dal Fiume; ed avea pace d'intorno a sè da ogni lato.

For he had dominion over all the region on this side the river, from Tiphsah even to Azzah, over all the kings on this side the river: and he had peace on all sides round about him.
