அப்பொழுது அவள்: நான் உம்மிடம் ஒரு சிறிய விண்ணப்பத்தைக் கேட்க விரும்புகிறேன்; எனக்கு அதை மறுக்கவேண்டாம் என்றாள். அதற்கு ராஜா: என்னுடைய தாயாரே, கேளும்; நான் உமக்கு மறுப்பதில்லை என்றான்.

Then she said, I desire one small petition of thee; I pray thee, say me not nay. And the king said unto her, Ask on, my mother: for I will not say thee nay.
