அவன் அவளைப் பார்த்து: நான் யெஸ்ரயேலனாகிய நாபோத்தோடு பேசி: உன்னுடைய திராட்சைத்தோட்டத்தை எனக்கு விலைக்கிரயமாகக் கொடு; அல்லது உனக்கு பிடித்திருந்தால் அதற்குப் பதிலாக வேறு திராட்சைத்தோட்டத்தை உனக்குத் தருவேன் என்றேன். அதற்கு அவன்: என்னுடைய திராட்சைத்தோட்டத்தை உமக்குக் கொடுக்கமாட்டேன் என்று சொன்னான் என்றான்.

And he said unto her, Because I spake unto Naboth the Jezreelite, and said unto him, Give me thy vineyard for money; or else, if it please thee, I will give thee another vineyard for it: and he answered, I will not give thee my vineyard.
