ആഹാബ് ആ വാക്കു കേട്ടപ്പോൾ വസ്ത്രം കീറി, തന്റെ ദേഹം പറ്റെ രട്ടുടുത്തുകൊണ്ടു ഉപവസിച്ചു, രട്ടിൽ തന്നേ കിടക്കുകയും സാവധാനമായി നടക്കയും ചെയ്തു.
