De overigen vluchtten naar Afek, de stad in; maar de stadsmuur stortte neer op de zeven en twintig duizend man, die waren overgebleven. Ook Ben-Hadad was naar de stad gekomen, en vluchtte van de ene schuilplaats naar de andere.

But the rest fled to Aphek, into the city; and there a wall fell upon twenty and seven thousand of the men that were left. And Ben-hadad fled, and came into the city, into an inner chamber.
