ฝ่ายเอลียาห์ชาวทิชบีผู้ซึ่งตั้งอาศัยอยู่ในกิเลอาด ได้ทูลอาหับว่า “พระเยโฮวาห์พระเจ้าแห่งอิสราเอลผู้ซึ่งข้าพระองค์ปฏิบัติทรงพระชนม์อยู่แน่ฉันใด จะไม่มีน้ำค้างหรือฝนในปีเหล่านี้ นอกจากตามคำของข้าพระองค์”
