At inunat ni Elias nang tatlong beses ang kaniyang sarili sa bata; tumawag siya kay Yahweh at sinabi, “Yahweh na aking Diyos, nagmamaka-awa ako sa iyo, ibalik mo ang buhay ng batang ito.”

And he stretched himself upon the child three times, and cried unto the LORD, and said, O LORD my God, I pray thee, let this child’s soul come into him again.
