1-Koningen 17:1

Toen zeide de Tisbiet Elia, uit Tisbe in Gilead, tot Achab: Zo waar de Here, de God van Israël, leeft, in wiens dienst ik sta, er zal deze jaren geen dauw of regen zijn, tenzij dan op mijn woord.

And Elijah the Tishbite, who was of the inhabitants of Gilead, said unto Ahab, As the LORD God of Israel liveth, before whom I stand, there shall not be dew nor rain these years, but according to my word.
