అప్పుడు ఆసా రాజు ఎవరినీ మినహాయించకుండా యూదా దేశం వారంతా రావాలని ప్రకటన చేశాడు. వారు సమకూడి వచ్చి బయెషా కట్టిస్తున్న రమా పట్టణం రాళ్లనూ కర్రలనూ ప్రజలు తీసుకొచ్చేశారు. ఆసా రాజు వాటిని బెన్యామీను ప్రాంతంలో గెబ, మిస్పా కట్టించడానికి ఉపయోగించాడు.

Then king Asa made a proclamation throughout all Judah; none was exempted: and they took away the stones of Ramah, and the timber thereof, wherewith Baasha had builded; and king Asa built with them Geba of Benjamin, and Mizpah.
