அப்பொழுது யெரொபெயாம் செய்ததும், இஸ்ரவேலைச் செய்யச்செய்ததுமான பாவங்களினாலும், அவன் இஸ்ரவேலின் தேவனாகிய யெகோவாவுக்கு உண்டாக்கின கோபத்தினாலும், யெகோவா சீலோனியனான அகியா என்னும் தமது ஊழியக்காரனைக்கொண்டு சொல்லியிருந்த வார்த்தையின்படியே,
