Sau việc ấy, Giê-rô-bô-am không trở lại con đường ác mình, nhưng người lại lập cho các nơi cao những thầy tế lễ chọn trong đám dân sự; phàm ai tình nguyện, thì được người biệt riêng ra làm thầy tế lễ tại các nơi cao.

¶ After this thing Jeroboam returned not from his evil way, but made again of the lowest of the people priests of the high places: whosoever would, he consecrated him, and he became one of the priests of the high places.
