ત્યારે યહોવાહના વચનથી ઈશ્વરભક્તે વેદી સામે પોકારીને કહ્યું, “વેદી, વેદી યહોવાહ કહે છે; ‘જુઓ, દાઉદના કુટુંબમાં યોશિયા નામે એક દીકરો જનમશે, તે તારા પર ધૂપ બાળનાર ઉચ્ચસ્થાનોના યાજકોનો યજ્ઞ તારી જ ઉપર કરશે અને લોકો તારા પર માણસનાં હાડકાં બાળશે.’

And he cried against the altar in the word of the LORD, and said, O altar, altar, thus saith the LORD; Behold, a child shall be born unto the house of David, Josiah by name; and upon thee shall he offer the priests of the high places that burn incense upon thee, and men’s bones shall be burnt upon thee.
