TUHAN sudah memperingatkan bangsa Israel, “Janganlah melakukan pernikahan campur dengan orang dari bangsa-bangsa itu, karena mereka akan mempengaruhi kalian untuk menyembah berhala-berhala mereka,” tetapi Salomo tetap menikahi mereka.
