ராஜாவாகிய சாலோமோனுக்கு இருந்த பானபாத்திரங்களெல்லாம் பொன்னும், லீபனோன் வனம் என்கிற மாளிகையின் பணிப்பொருட்களெல்லாம் பசும்பொன்னுமாக இருந்தது; ஒன்றும் வெள்ளியினால் செய்யப்படவில்லை; சாலொமோனின் நாட்களில் வெள்ளி ஒரு பொருட்டாக நினைக்கப்படவில்லை.

¶ And all king Solomon’s drinking vessels were of gold, and all the vessels of the house of the forest of Lebanon were of pure gold; none were of silver: it was nothing accounted of in the days of Solomon.
