رِسَالَةُ يُوحَنَّا ٱلرَّسُولِ ٱلْأُولَى 4:10

فِي هَذَا هِيَ ٱلْمَحَبَّةُ: لَيْسَ أَنَّنَا نَحْنُ أَحْبَبْنَا ٱللهَ، بَلْ أَنَّهُ هُوَ أَحَبَّنَا، وَأَرْسَلَ ٱبْنَهُ كَفَّارَةً لِخَطَايَانَا.

Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.
