കയീൻ ദുഷ്ടനിൽനിന്നുള്ളവനായി സഹോദരനെ കൊന്നതുപോലെ അല്ല; അവനെ കൊല്ലുവാൻ സംഗതി എന്തു? തന്റെ പ്രവൃത്തി ദോഷവും സഹോദരന്റേതു നീതിയുമുള്ളതാകകൊണ്ടത്രേ.
