பிதாக்களே, ஆரம்பமுதல் இருக்கிறவரை நீங்கள் அறிந்திருக்கிறதினால் உங்களுக்கு எழுதியிருக்கிறேன். வாலிபர்களே, நீங்கள் பலவான்களாக இருக்கிறதினாலும், தேவவசனம் உங்களில் நிலைத்திருக்கிறதினாலும், நீங்கள் சாத்தானை ஜெயித்ததினாலும், உங்களுக்கு எழுதியிருக்கிறேன்.

I have written unto you, fathers, because ye have known him that is from the beginning. I have written unto you, young men, because ye are strong, and the word of God abideth in you, and ye have overcome the wicked one.
