そういうわけで、偶像にささげた肉を食べることについてですが、私たちは、世の偶像の神は実際にはないものであること、また、唯一の神以外には神は存在しないことを知っています。

As concerning therefore the eating of those things that are offered in sacrifice unto idols, we know that an idol is nothing in the world, and that there is none other God but one.
