కొరింతీయులకు రాసిన మొదటి పత్రిక 7:28

ఒకవేళ నీవు పెళ్ళి చేసుకున్నా పాపమేమీ చేసినట్టు కాదు. అవివాహిత పెళ్ళి చేసుకున్నా ఆమె పాపమేమీ చేసినట్టు కాదు. అయితే అలాటి వారికి దైనందిన కష్టాలు కలుగుతాయి. అవి మీకు కలగకుండా ఉండాలని నా కోరిక.

But and if thou marry, thou hast not sinned; and if a virgin marry, she hath not sinned. Nevertheless such shall have trouble in the flesh: but I spare you.
