એ માટે જૂના ખમીરથી નહિ, એટલે પાપ તથા દુષ્ટતાનાં ખમીરથી નહિ, પણ નિખાલસપણા તથા સત્યતાની બેખમીર રોટલીથી આપણે પાસ્ખાપર્વ ઊજવીએ.
