worden wij gelasterd, wij blijven vriendelijk; wij zijn als het uitvaagsel der wereld geworden, als aller voetveeg, tot op dit ogenblik toe.

Being defamed, we intreat: we are made as the filth of the world, and are the offscouring of all things unto this day.
