Maar de persoon in wie Gods Geest niet woont, aanvaardt de dingen die eigen zijn aan Gods Geest niet. Hij beschouwt ze als onzin en hij kan ze niet begrijpen, want enkel Gods Geest stelt in staat om erover te oordelen.
