​แต่​​พี่​น้องทั้งหลาย ข้าพเจ้าหมายความว่า เนื้อและเลือดจะรับอาณาจักรของพระเจ้าเป็นมรดกไม่​ได้​ และสิ่งซึ่งเปื่อยเน่าจะรับสิ่งซึ่งไม่​รู้​จักเปื่อยเน่าเป็นมรดกก็​ไม่ได้​

Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption.
