నేను ఎఫెసులో క్రూర మృగాలతో పోరాడింది కేవలం మానవరీత్యా అయితే నాకు లాభమేముంది? చనిపోయిన వారు లేవకపోతే, “రేపు చనిపోతాం కాబట్టి తిని, తాగుదాం.”

If after the manner of men I have fought with beasts at Ephesus, what advantageth it me, if the dead rise not? let us eat and drink; for to morrow we die.
