व्यवस्था में लिखा है, कि प्रभु कहता है, “मैं अन्य भाषा बोलनेवालों के द्वारा, और पराए मुख के द्वारा इन लोगों से बात करूँगा तो भी वे मेरी न सुनेंगे।” (यशा. 28:11,12)

In the law it is written, With men of other tongues and other lips will I speak unto this people; and yet for all that will they not hear me, saith the Lord.
