رِسَالَةُ بُولُسَ ٱلرَّسُولِ ٱلأُولَى إِلَى أَهْلِ كُورِنْثُوسَ 11:28

وَلَكِنْ لِيَمْتَحِنِ ٱلْإِنْسَانُ نَفْسَهُ، وَهَكَذَا يَأْكُلُ مِنَ ٱلْخُبْزِ وَيَشْرَبُ مِنَ ٱلْكَأْسِ.

But let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of that bread, and drink of that cup.
